Showers

Transform Water Into an Experience.

The shower is used every day and judged on how it feels. At Variation you can compare spray types, systems and finishes side by side — including the full Hansgrohe programme.

Shower Collections

Every Way to Shower.

From a single overhead to a complete concealed system with thermostatic control and multiple outlets.

Rain Showers

Wide, low-pressure sprays designed to fall evenly rather than concentrate at the centre.

Overhead Showers

Ceiling and wall-mounted heads from compact formats to generously scaled panels.

Hand Showers

Multi-spray hand showers — the component that makes an enclosure genuinely cleanable.

Shower Systems

Complete concealed installations combining valve, overhead, hand shower and outlets.

Showerpipes

Surface-mounted columns carrying overhead, hand shower and mixer — ideal for renovation.

Thermostatic Showers

Valves that hold temperature steady against pressure changes, with a safety stop.

Hansgrohe Technology

What the Water Actually Does.

Hansgrohe treats the water itself as the designed output. Droplet size, air content, coverage and acoustics are engineered variables — which is why two showers that look similar on paper can feel entirely different in use.

PowderRain
Ultra-fine droplets create a softer, more immersive shower experience — and a noticeably quieter one.
AirPower
Air drawn into the water makes each droplet fuller and gentler, without the hard needling of a high-pressure spray.
EcoSmart
Reduces water consumption while keeping the spray feeling generous — useful wherever supply is limited.
QuickClean
Flexible silicone nozzles let limescale be rubbed away by hand in seconds, so the spray stays even for years.
Select
Changes the spray at the press of a button, so switching function never means reaching into cold water.
ComfortZone
Spout heights and reach matched to real basin sizes, so the tap suits the ceramic rather than fighting it.

Choosing a System

Three Questions, In Order.

Answering these in sequence removes most of the difficulty — and nearly all of the expensive changes later.

Exposed, concealed or showerpipe?

A concealed system gives the cleanest result but must be decided before the walls close. A showerpipe needs no wall chasing, which makes it the natural choice for renovation.

How many outlets do you need?

For most bathrooms the honest answer is two — an overhead and a hand shower. Each additional outlet has to be supported by the water supply, or all of them underperform.

Which spray suits the person using it?

Two showers with identical flow rates can feel completely different. Droplet size, air content and coverage are the variables that decide it — and they can only be judged in person.

Thermostatic Control

Steady Temperature Is Not an Upgrade.

A thermostatic valve holds the outlet temperature constant when supply pressure changes elsewhere in the house, and includes a safety stop at 38°C. In a home with children or elderly residents, treat it as a requirement.

Experience It

Try the Spray Before You Specify It.

Spray character is the one thing a catalogue cannot convey. Compare PowderRain against a conventional rain spray at the showroom and the decision makes itself.
