Adjustable cleansing: Water temperature, pressure and nozzle position adjustable per user — the difference between a product people use and one they switch off.
Heated seat: Consistently the feature clients report missing most once they have lived with it. Look for adjustable temperature, not a single setting.
Self-cleaning nozzle: The nozzle retracts and rinses before and after each use. A hygiene requirement rather than a luxury.
Rimless ceramics: Removing the traditional rim removes the trap that residue collects in — easier to clean and cleaner between cleans.

Installation

A Wall-Hung Bathroom Is Only as Good as Its Frame.

Wall-hung ceramics leave the floor clear and uninterrupted, but the load has to be carried by a properly rated installation frame — and the concealed cistern behind it has to remain serviceable for decades without opening a wall.
